For the best experience, we recommend arriving with clean, makeup free skin. If you arrive wearing makeup, I'll be happy to remove it; however, please note that the time needed to remove heavier makeup will reduce the time available for your scheduled treatment.

To ensure the best results, please discontinue the use of retinol products for 5–7 days before your appointment. We also ask that you avoid physical exfoliants, such as facial scrubs or exfoliating brushes, during that time.

If you're a new client, simply book the New Client Consultation. During your visit, we'll assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend the treatment plan that's best for you.

Please note that microneedling and chemical peels are not available for first time clients. These treatments require a consultation and skin assessment before they can be safely performed.

If you're a returning client and aren't sure which service to book, don't worry! Choose the treatment that seems like the best fit, and we'll make any adjustments during your appointment if needed.

• Avoid touching your face as much as possible.

• Wait at least 24 hours before using retinol, exfoliants, or other active skincare products unless otherwise instructed.

• Wear SPF daily and avoid prolonged sun exposure.

• Keep your skin hydrated by following the home care recommendations provided during your appointment.

• It's also normal to experience a few small breakouts after a facial. Facials stimulate the skin and can bring underlying congestion to the surface as part of the clearing process. This temporary purging is typically nothing to worry about and should resolve as your skin continues to renew itself.

Microneedling is a collagen-boosting treatment that helps your skin repair and renew itself. It works by creating tiny, controlled micro-channels in the skin, encouraging your body's natural healing response.

If you're looking to improve acne scars, fine lines, skin texture, or overall skin tone, microneedling can be an excellent option. Over a series of treatments, your skin becomes smoother, firmer, and more radiant.

A consultation is required before your first microneedling treatment to ensure it's the right choice for your skin.

A chemical peel is a treatment that uses a specially selected solution to gently exfoliate the skin and encourage renewal. It helps improve the appearance of uneven texture, dullness, fine lines, acne, and discoloration.

Chemical peels can leave your skin looking smoother, brighter, and more refreshed. A consultation is required before your first peel to make sure it is the right treatment for your skin.

Mirabella Aesthetics is located at 10700 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, Building 3, Suite 675, Beaverton, OR 97005.

• Follow the signs for Building 3.

• If you're arriving from Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, Building 3 is toward the back of the property.

• If you're arriving from SW 5th Street, Building 3 will be the first building you see.

Enter through the main entrance and take either the stairs or elevator to the second floor. If using the stairs, turn right at the top and continue to Suite 675.

Please note: I work by appointment only. If you arrive early, our door may be locked while I am with another guest. If you plan to arrive more than a few minutes before your appointment, please send me a text and I'll be happy to let you in as soon as I'm available.

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is at 12:00 PM, your treatment begins at 12:00 PM, so arriving a few minutes early gives you time to park, find the suite, and get settled.

If you arrive more than a few minutes early, the building entrance may be locked while I am with another guest. Feel free to send me a text, and I'll let you in as soon as I'm available.

To ensure every client receives their full treatment time, appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time.

At Mirabella Aesthetics, I value the time and care dedicated to each guest experience. Please provide 48 hours notice for any cancellation or changes. 
Cancellations made within the 48  hour or any no shows will be charged 50% of their service total. Arriving 15 min late will be considered a no show to maintain the flow of the day and honor scheduled guests. 
If you’re feeling unwell or face unforeseen circumstances within the 48  hour window, the cancellation fee will still apply. However, with approval, it may be credited toward a one-time rescheduled appointment within one month.
